Proszę proszę – szlacheckie piwo, a chłop na etykiecie. Widocznie dla błękitnokrwistego rodu Wallerstein, właścicieli browaru Fürst Wallerstein Brauhaus, zwickelbiery są mniej wyrafinowanym trunkiem. Na etykiecie mętnej pszenicy z rodowego browaru widnieje rycerz w pełnej zbroi, a na zwicklu człowiek raczej nie ze stanu szlacheckiego, za to najwidoczniej zadowolony z tego co pije. Zadowolenie jest zresztą w pełni uzasadnione jako że Fürst Wallerstein Zwickel to faktycznie very good beer.
smell of beer is well balanced, very malty with a strong presence of hay and green apple. Hops is not too much, which is not surprising considering that this is a Bavarian beer, but the smell of the ciemnozłotego, cloudy beer is the rural-bracing for what are to be commended. Rather low saturation can keep alive long enough mainly fine-grained foam crowning a pint. Beer flavor interacts with the smell - can be defined as the whole countryside and fresh. The taste has a lot to feel malt, hay, apples and medium-light, matched in intensity to the rest of bitterness. By the lack of filtration and a strong malt beer is full, yet does not lose its freshness. Commendable position, especially on warm days.
