Matuska Brewery is next Kocour, probably the only brewery in Eastern Europe in terms of innovation which can compare with in this respect, the most prestigious breweries Europe, which is Scottish and Danish BrewDogiem Mikkellerem. While in Prague, V Jame pub, offering a dozen or so beers cast, I decided on a Belgian beer seasonal Matuški, uważone to celebrate Easter. Zapach to jednak totalny kosmos, nie wiem bowiem kiedy ostatni raz piłem aż tak mocno owocowe piwo. Trochę gumy owocowej, śladowo często spotykany w belgijskich ejlach banan, dominantą jest zaś marakuja (passiflora), której tropikalny aromat cudownie pieści nozdrza. Na dokładkę otrzymujemy trochę przypraw i gotowe jest tropikalne orzeźwienie bez żadnych dodanych aromatów – sztucznych czy też naturalnych. Smakowo piwo oferuje tropical fruit and passionfruit with a fantastic continuation of the first plan, culminating in a light spices dryness, which may be associated with cardamom and ginger. Saturation is an average light intensity of the flavor well, through which the beer is quite delicate as a whole, and also the original, making the best of its meaningful and aroma. This interesting case because, in spite of the extract 16.5 degrees and 6.8% alcohol is not expected to feel the weight. Unusual, great composition.
